Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Herb Mixture

Wash and finely chop all herbs. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.

2️⃣ Mix the Batter

In a large bowl, whisk eggs until smooth. Add herbs, turmeric, baking powder, salt, pepper, walnuts, and barberries. Mix well.

3️⃣ Cook the Kuku

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the mixture and spread evenly.

4️⃣ Cover and Cook

Cook covered on low heat for 15–18 minutes until the bottom is set.

5️⃣ Flip and Finish

Carefully flip (or finish under a lid/oven) and cook another 5–7 minutes until fully set.

6️⃣ Cool and Slice

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into wedges.
