Southern Style Barbecued Chicken.

  Preparation Time- 10 minutes. Cooking Time - 35 minutes. Cooking Method- Grilling. Ingredients 1 can (26-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup 1 / 4  cup honey 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 teaspoon onion powder 8 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 4 pounds), skin removed Instructions Stir the soup, honey, mustard and onion powder in a 1-quart saucepan. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 20 minutes, turning the chicken over once during grilling. Brush the chicken with the soup mixture and grill for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the soup mixture. Vanilla Ginger Cafe Latte.

  Ingredients 1 teaspoon candied ginger, finely chopped or ginger syrup 2 ounces espresso 1 tablespoon Coffee-mate Natural Bliss Low-fat Vanilla 1 / 2  cup steamed low-fat milk Instructions Place ginger in large mug or tall heatproof glass.   Brew espresso over ginger; stir well.   Stir in Coffee-mate; top with steamed milk.

Perfect Peach Wine Popsicles

  Cool off and chill out this summer with these delicious  perfect peach wine popsicles.  Here is how to make them!  PREP TIME 5 minutes COOK TIME 6 hours TOTAL TIME 6 hours   5 minutes INGREDIENTS 1.5 cups frozen peach slices 2 cups rose wine 1 cup orange juice INSTRUCTIONS To get started, put all ingredients in the blender.  Add your fruit. And then add the wine and juice.  Divide the mixtures into the sections of a popsicle mold. Add the sticks and freeze at least 4 to 6 hours and preferably overnight before enjoying. 

Sausage Stuffed Jumbo Rolls.

  Ingredients 24 large shells 3 / 4  cup 1% lowfat cottage cheese 1 / 3  cup shredded mozarella (part skim) 1 / 4  cup parmesan 10 ounces frozen, chopped broccoli 2 teaspoons green onion, minced 1 / 4  teaspoon lemon pepper For Sauce: 16 ounces can tomatoes w/ juice 8 ounces can tomato sauce 1 tablespoon (heaping) tomato paste 1 / 2  pound hot sausage 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon rosemary pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.   Thaw and drain broccoli.   Broil sausage, remove casing and break up.   Make sauce by combining tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cooked sausage, garlic, rosemary, and pepper in a large pot and cooking until heated through.   Cook shells and drain.   Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, green onion, and lemon pepper and stir well. Barbeque Sauce Recipe.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes. Serves- 2. Main Ingredients: 3/4 cup (175ml) apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup (60 ml) Worchestershire sauce 2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped onion 1 tbsp (15 ml) light brown sugar 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup (125 ml) catsup 1/4 cup (60 ml) chili sauce 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice 1/2 tsp (2 ml). dried mustard Cooking Preparation Of The Recipe: Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir often.

Chili Chicken Recipe.

Main Ingredients: Chicken boneless 800 gms. Ajinomoto A pinch White pepper powder ½ tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Soya Sauce 2 tbsps. Cornflour 2 tbsps. Egg 1 no. Chopped green chilies 8 nos. Chopped Garlic 6-8 cloves Oil 1 tbsp. Oil to fry - Salt As per taste Cooking Preparation Of The Recipe: 1.Marinate the boneless chicken pieces (one inch cubes) in 1 tablespoon. Soya sauce, salt, egg and 1 tablespoon cornflour for ten minutes. 2.Deep fry chicken in hot oil till light brown. 3.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chilies and toss for 15 seconds. 4.Add 2 teacups of chicken stock or water. Bring it to a boil. Add ajinomoto, sugar, white pepper powder, salt and rest of the Soya sauce. 5.Add fried chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes. 6.Add rest of cornflour, after dissolving it in water. Stir constantly. 7.Garnish with chopped spring onions and green chilies julienne.

  Servings- 6 Preparation Time- 10 minutrs Cook Time- 15 minutes Total Time- 25 minutes Ingredients   1   large   egg 1/2   cup   Coca-Cola   (divided) 1/2   cup   crushed saltine crackers 6   tablespoons   French salad dressing   (divided) 2   tablespoons   grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2   pounds   ground beef   (80% lean) Instructions   Preheat a grill until it reaches 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the egg, ¼ cup of Coca-Cola, saltines, 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix in the ground beef. Form into 6 patties. . Pour the remaining cola and dressing into a small bowl, and mix well. Grill burgers, brushing with the cola/dressing mixture during grilling.
