Ingredients: 1. 250 gm chicken thinly sliced. 2. 2 cups rice. 3. 6-8 cloves garlic. 4. 10-12 bird eye Chilli. 5. 1/4 cup oyster sauce. 6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 7. 1 teaspoon sugar. 8. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder. 10. 1 big onion sliced. 11. 2 tablespoon oil. 12. 1/2cup basil leaves. 13. Fried eggs. Cooking Process: 1. Boil rice with oil and salt. Strain and keep aside. 2. Marinate thinly sliced chicken in 2 tablespoon oyester sauce ,1 teaspoon soy sauce and pepper & set aside. 3. In a mortar pestle pound garlic,birds eye Chilli, and a pinch of salt into a rough paste & keep aside. 4. In a bowl make stir fry sauce,combine oyster sauce& sugar. Mix & keep aside. 5.
