Garlic Bread Pizza

  Prep Time  5 minutes Cook Time 20 minutes Total Time  25 minutes Course Appetizer/Dinner Cuisine American Servings 4 dinner portions/8 Appetizer Portions.  Ingredients: 1   frozen garlic bread loaf 1   jar of your favorite pizza sauce - you'll only need about ½ to 1 cup for the pizza  -  , but feel free to use a little more because the thick garlic bread. And don't forget extra sauce for dipping the pizza! 2   cups   shredded mozzarella cheese 20   pepperoni slices  -  or more if you like Special Equipment Baking Sheet Instructions Let the garlic bread thaw just enough to separate it into the two halves.   Ingredients Makes 24 Nonstick vegetable oil spray 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour 2 tsp. Diamond Crystal or 1 tsp. Morton kosher salt ¾ tsp. baking powder ¾ tsp. baking soda ¾ cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, melted, slightly cooled 1 cup (packed; 200 g) dark brown sugar ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 2 large eggs, room temperature 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz.), divided Step 1 Place a rack in middle of oven and preheat to 325°.
