Slowcooker Beef Stew.

  Serves- 6 people Ingredients 1 lb stewing beef, cubed 1 small onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 3 medium sized potatoes, cubed 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 cloves of garlic, pressed 1 teaspoon paprika In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and ground black pepper together. Coat beef with the flour mixture and put it in a crock pot with all the veggies and bay leaf together. In the same bowl, add beef stock, pressed garlic, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Stir and then pour it over all the ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10-12 hours. Garnish with a few cilantro leaves if you like and serve immediately.   Ingredients: * 3 cups plain whole milk yogurt ( fine to substitute low fat, if you like) * 6 cloves garlic, minced. * 2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger * 1 small onion, minced * 3 tablespoon lemon juice * 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper *  1 teaspoon paprika * 2 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper * 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds * 12 chicken pieces ( 6 legs and 6 thighs or whatever mix you prefer) Directions: 1.
