- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

- 2–3 tbsp water (to thin if needed)
- 1 tsp minced garlic

- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Make the sauce: whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and water until smooth.
- Cook the chicken in 1 tbsp oil until browned and cooked through (5–7 minutes).
- Add onions, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and pour in the gochujang sauce. Toss until fully coated and saucy.
