🔥 Pad Kra Pao Recipe (Thai Basil Stir-Fry)

🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare aromatics
Crush garlic and chilies together until rough paste forms.
2. Cook the protein
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic–chili mixture and fry until fragrant.
Add minced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. Add vegetables (optional)
Add bell pepper or onions if using. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
4. Mix the sauce
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water.
