- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the noodles
If using refrigerated noodles, loosen them by microwaving for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Heat the wok
Add oil and let it become very hot. Char Kway Teow needs high heat for smoky flavor.
Step 3: Sauté garlic & sausage
Add chopped garlic, stir for 10 seconds, then add the sliced Chinese sausage.
Step 4: Add prawns
Cook until they turn pink.
Step 5: Push aside & cook eggs
Move everything to one side. Crack in the eggs and scramble lightly.
Step 6: Add the noodles
Add loosened rice noodles. Pour all the sauce mixture on top.
Step 7: Add bean sprouts & chives
Toss everything quickly on high heat for 1–2 minutes. Avoid over-mixing.
Step 8: Serve hot
Garnish with extra chives or chili paste.
