- 500g ground beef or mutton (keema)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves
- Water as needed

Heat Oil & Sauté Onions
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. -
Add Aromatics
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute until fragrant. -
Add Tomatoes & Spices
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates. -
Add Yogurt & Mix
Stir in yogurt and cook for 2–3 minutes until well combined. -
Add Minced Meat (Keema)
Add the ground meat and mix thoroughly. Cook on medium heat until the keema changes color and begins to brown. -
Simmer
Add ½ cup water. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until keema is tender and oil separates. Stir occasionally. -
Finish with Garam Masala & Herbs
Sprinkle garam masala, chopped coriander, and mint leaves. Simmer uncovered for 5 more minutes.
