  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp crushed Sichuan peppercorns (optional for authentic flavor)

For garnish:

  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  1. Marinate the chicken:
    Mix chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and oil. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
