  • 1 kg chicken (bone-in, cut into curry pieces)
  • 4 medium tomatoes (chopped or blended)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander and green chilies for garnish
