Fluffy Cloud Bread Recipe

This viral cloud bread is super soft, airy, and made with just three ingredients! Perfect for a fun, low-carb, or gluten-free snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large egg whites
  • 2 ½ tablespoons (30g) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Optional Additions:

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for flavor)
  • Food coloring (for a fun look)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prepare

    • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the Egg Whites

    • In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites using an electric mixer on high speed.
    • When they become foamy, gradually add the sugar while beating.
    • Keep whisking until stiff peaks form (about 5–6 minutes).
  3. Add Cornstarch & Mix

    • Sift in the cornstarch and fold gently with a spatula until combined.
  4. Shape the Cloud Bread

    • Scoop the fluffy mixture onto the baking sheet and shape it into a cloud or dome.
  5. Bake to Perfection

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and slightly firm.
    • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Tips for the Best Cloud Bread:

✔️ Use room-temperature eggs for better whipping.
✔️ Avoid getting yolk in the whites, or it won’t whip properly.
✔️ Add cocoa powder or matcha for different flavors.
