Fluffy Cloud Bread Recipe
This viral cloud bread is super soft, airy, and made with just three ingredients! Perfect for a fun, low-carb, or gluten-free snack.
Ingredients:
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 ½ tablespoons (30g) sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whip the Egg Whites
- In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites using an electric mixer on high speed.
- When they become foamy, gradually add the sugar while beating.
- Keep whisking until stiff peaks form (about 5–6 minutes).

- Sift in the cornstarch and fold gently with a spatula until combined.

- Scoop the fluffy mixture onto the baking sheet and shape it into a cloud or dome.
