For the Gulab Jamun Layer:
Mini Gulab Jamuns – 10-12 (store-bought or homemade)
For Garnish:

Rose petals – for decoration (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
2. Mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan (8-inch).
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
1. Bloom gelatin by mixing it with water and letting it sit for 5 minutes. Heat gently until dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Gradually add the dissolved gelatin into the mixture while stirring continuously.
Step 3: Assemble the Cheesecake
1. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the chilled biscuit base.
2. Place mini Gulab Jamuns evenly across the layer. Gently press them down.
3. Pour the remaining cheesecake filling on top, covering the Gulab Jamuns completely. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Step 4: Chill the Cheesecake
1. Cover the pan and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight to set properly.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
1. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
2. Garnish with crushed pistachios and rose petals.
3. Slice and serve chilled.
Tips for Best Results
Use mini Gulab Jamuns to prevent overpowering the cheesecake’s texture.
For extra flavor, drizzle a little Gulab Jamun syrup over the cheesecake before serving.
