1. Prepare Sushi Rice

  • Rinse rice under cold water until water runs clear. Cook in rice cooker or pot.

2. Prepare Fillings

  • Using the mat, roll tightly away from you. Gently press to seal the roll.

6. Top & Slice

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds or masago on top.
  • Cut into 6–8 pieces with a wet, sharp knife.
